Five step process:

1. Apply special cleaner

2. Pressure wash

3. Apply special primer coating

4. Seal all roof field seams penetrations*

5. Apply white, reflective top coat

*Even if your roof is not yet leaking, you can still benefit from this Cool roof system. You can still have an Energy-Saving roof. You have the choice of sealing the seams with Conklin's Spunflex fabric (step 4) for the leak-tight warranty. Either way the reflective coating will help to protect your seams from getting hot and failing. The cool surface will also help to reduce shrinkage of the membrane.
