noncombustible decks. Approved in UL constructions 181, 136, 206.
Factory Mutual Research FM 4470
Class I roof cover for fire (ASTM E108), wind, hail and leakage over spray
applied polyurethane foam and metal roofs. Can achieve I-90 wind rating
over approved substrate.
ICBO-International Conference of Building Officials
Benchmark has passed the acceptance criteria for membrane roof covering
systems. Benchmark meets requirements accepted by the Uniform Building
Code identified in evaluation report ER 5203.
British Standard BS6920
"Suitability of products for use in contact with water intended for human
consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of water." As
tested by an independent laboratory. Result: Pass.
